- Position: Customer Support Associate (Voice/Blended Process)
- Job Type: Walk-in
- Location: Hyderabad (Kondapur)
- Dates: 5th to 9th July 2025 (Monday to Saturday)
- Time: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Openings: 200 Positions
- Salary: ₹2,00,000 – ₹2,50,000 per annum
Work Mode & Shift Details:-
- Initial 3 Months: Work From Office (WFO)
- Post 3 Months: Work From Home (with occasional WFO—6 days every 2 months)
- Shift Timing: Rotational shifts between 06:00 AM to 11:45 PM (9-hour shifts)
Who Can Apply?
BigBasket welcomes applications from:
- 12th Pass, Diploma, and Degree Holders
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in BPO/customer support
Note: BTech, MBA, and Postgraduate freshers are not eligible.
Language Requirements
Candidates must be fluent in the following combinations:
- English, Hindi & Telugu
- English, Hindi & Marathi
- English, Hindi & Bengali
Strong communication skills in any of the above sets are a must.
Key Skills & Eligibility Criteria:-
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Typing speed of 20–25 words per minute
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Age limit: Up to 30 years
- Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts

As a Customer Support Associate, you will:
- Interact with customers across India via voice calls
- Address and resolve customer queries efficiently
- Follow company protocols to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain professionalism and high service standards in all interactions
