Job Roles Available for Analyst Trainees
Cognizant has divided their fresher hiring into three major verticals:
1. IT & Integrated Smart Operations
Ideal for tech-savvy minds who enjoy:
- Writing SQL queries and stored procedures
- Performing CRUD operations
- Manual and automated testing
- Analyzing service tickets
- Playing with data analytics and IT service management tools

3. Digital Workplace Services

Who’s Eligible?
There are two different sets of eligibility criteria based on the role:
For IT & Integrated Smart Ops:
- Only BCA and BSc graduates (Computer Science, IT, Physics, Chemistry, Math, Stats, Electronics)
- Minimum 60% in X, XII, UG—strictly no rounding off
- No active backlogs
For Multicloud & Digital Workplace Services:
- Any three-year full-time degree (not restricted to tech)
- Minimum 50% across X, XII, UG—no rounding off
- No active backlogs
Plus:
- You must be an Indian national or OCI residing in India.
- Candidates who’ve appeared in Cognizant hiring from 2019–2024 must disclose that in the form.
