Key Responsibilities:-
IT & Smart Operations:-
- Perform CRUD operations and database queries
- Write stored procedures and test scripts
- Handle service tickets and troubleshoot technical issues
- Work with ITSM and data analytics tools
Multicloud Management:-
- Monitor production servers and computing environments
- Manage incidents, compliance, and security protocols
- Support Windows, Network, Cloud, and Storage systems
- Participate in continuous service improvement
Digital Workplace Support :-
- Provide first-level tech support to clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues
- Track tickets and document solutions
- Collaborate with other IT teams for complex problems
Who Can Apply?
Eligibility Criteria for Analyst Trainee Roles:
- Must be from the 2025 graduating batch
- Hold a three-year full-time degree (BSc/BCA and other relevant streams)
- Minimum 60% marks in X, XII, and UG for IT/Smart Ops roles
(50% for Digital Workplace and Multicloud roles) - No standing arrears
- Open to Indian nationals or OCIs currently residing in India
- Shouldn’t have appeared for Cognizant hiring in the past 5 years (2019-2024)
