Analyst Trainee â Key Business Units & Descriptions
1. Analyst Trainee â IT & Integrated Smart Operations
Responsibilities:
- Write and manage database queries and CRUD operations
- Execute test cases and scripts for software testing
- Resolve service tickets following standard protocols
- Work with ITSM and data analytics tools
Skills Required:
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Communication, collaboration, and time management
Eligibility:
- Graduates of 2023 or 2024 with a three-year full-time degree: BSc (IT, CS, Maths, Stats, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics) or BCA
- Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, Diploma & UG (no rounding off allowed)
- No standing arrears

2. Analyst Trainee â Multicloud Services
Responsibilities:
- Administer computing environments and monitor production servers
- Provide support for Network, Cloud, Storage, Messaging, and Windows environments
- Participate in knowledge-sharing and continuous service improvement (CSI) plans
Eligibility:
- 2023/2024 graduates with 3-year degrees
- Minimum 50% in 10th, 12th, and UG (no rounding off)
- No standing arrears
Locations: Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad

3. Analyst Trainee â Digital Workplace Services
Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline technical support to clients
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and log support tickets
- Document issues and create self-service content
Role Expectations:
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Willingness to work in-office and rotational shifts
Eligibility & Locations:
- Same as Multicloud (50% in academics, 2023/2024 grads)
- Locations: Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Kolkata, Pune
