Job Description:-
As part of the Collections team, you will apply your understanding of financial processes to help HP manage receivables. You’ll be exposed to negotiation, account analysis, dispute resolution, and stakeholder communication across multiple functions—making it an ideal launchpad for your career in corporate finance.
Key Functions Include:–
- Analyze customer accounts to identify delinquencies and determine communication strategy
- Engage with customers to negotiate payment terms and ensure timely collections
- Resolve payment-related disputes by coordinating with internal teams
- Recognize patterns in non-payment and take preventive actions
- Drive payment behavior through strategic relationship building and proactive follow-ups
- Improve portfolio effectiveness and minimize risk and bad debts

Who Can Apply?
