As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for managing critical backend tasks, supporting customer operations, and ensuring efficiency in documentation and order tracking.

The Role Category: Back Office (Non-Voice) refers to a job that primarily involves handling administrative, operational, and support tasks without direct verbal communication with customers. Instead of customer calls, the role focuses on data processing, documentation, email/chat support, and order management.

No direct phone interaction with customers; communication is usually via email, chat, or internal systems.

Data entry and documentation – updating customer records, processing orders, or managing supply chain in formation

Support tasks such as ticket resolution, account management, and reporting.

Working with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Shift-based work – often includes rotational or night shifts, especially for global clients.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Good communication skills
  • Understanding of supply chain management, order tracking, and documentation is preferred
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including US shift hours (9-hour shifts)
  • Excellent keyboard skills with a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute with 92% accuracy
  • Strong English comprehension skills to understand customer requirements and respond accordingly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage personal and customer support inboxes, ensuring quick responses to end-user requests as per service standards
  • Process service orders, answer queries, maintain account information, and accurately document user details in the system
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and provide regular updates on issue status
  • Adhere to schedules, turnaround times, and shift requirements, while managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Complete assigned tasks accurately within customer-defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Identify and proactively address user concerns, ensuring a seamless support experience
