Qualification:
- BCA
- B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics)
- Only 2024 & 2025 pass-outs eligible
Eligibility Criteria:
- 10th & 12th Standard: Must be passed (Open school/distance education allowed)
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per university norms)
- Graduation Duration: Must be completed within 3 years with no gaps during the course
- Allowed Backlog: One backlog at the time of assessment (must be cleared with the 6th semester)
- Mathematics Requirement: Core Mathematics must be studied in graduation
- Note: Business Maths or Applied Maths will not be considered
- Education Gap: Up to 3 years allowed between 10th and start of graduation
- Citizenship:
- Indian citizens or holders of PIO/OCI cards
- Bhutan and Nepal nationals must provide a citizenship certificate
- Must be 18 years or older at the time of registration
- 3 months cooling-off period required before reapplying if previously appeared
Stipend Details:
- 1st Year: ₹15,000 + ₹488 (ESI) per month
- 2nd Year: ₹17,000 + ₹553 (ESI) per month
- 3rd Year: ₹19,000 + ₹618 (ESI) per month
- 4th Year: ₹23,000 per month
- Joining Bonus: ₹75,000 (one-time)

Selection Process:
Round 1: Online Assessment (Total duration: 80 minutes)
- Verbal Ability – 20 mins (20 questions)
- Analytical Ability – 20 mins (20 questions)
- Quantitative Aptitude – 20 mins (20 questions)
- Written Communication Test – 20 mins
Round 2: Voice Assessment
The Voice Assessment round evaluates a candidate’s communication skills, pronunciation, fluency, and ability to handle real-time conversation in English. This round is especially important for roles that require client interaction or support responsibilities.
Round 3: Business Discussion
The Business Discussion round is typically the final stage of the selection process. It evaluates your understanding of basic technical concepts, communication skills, problem-solving approach, and overall fit for the role.
