Job Description:-
The selected candidates will work on multiple high-impact projects across various domains as Project Engineers. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying technical solutions for Wipro’s global clients.
Eligibility Criteria:-
To be considered for this role, candidates must fulfill the following:
Academic Requirements:
- 10th Standard: Minimum 60%
- 12th Standard: Minimum 60%
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or CGPA equivalent to 6.0 (as per university norms)
- Eligible Streams: All CS/IT and Circuital branches
- Graduation Duration: Must be completed within 4 years
- Educational Gaps:
- Maximum 3 years allowed between 10th and the start of graduation
- No gap allowed during the graduation period
- Other Requirements:
- Distance/ Open school allowed only for 10th and 12th
- Must be a citizen of India, or hold a PIO/OCI card. Bhutan/Nepal nationals need to provide citizenship certificates
- Minimum age: 18 years at the time of registration
Selection Process:-
Wipro follows a comprehensive and fair selection process designed to evaluate the candidate’s aptitude, programming skills, and communication abilities.
1st Round: Online Assessment
- Aptitude Test: Logical, Quantitative, and Verbal Ability
- Written Communication Test: Essay Writing
- Programming Test: Solve two coding problems using Java, C, C++, or Python
2nd Round: Voice Assessment
Candidates who clear the online assessment will be invited for a voice-based English communication test.
3rd Round: Business Discussion
Shortlisted candidates from the voice assessment will face an in-depth business discussion to evaluate problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Agreement
- Annual CTC: INR 3.5 Lakhs
- Service Agreement: 12-month bond worth INR 75,000 (pro-rata basis)
Important Notes
- Candidates must have a 3-month cool-off period from the previous Wipro assessment
- Final selection involves an HR discussion and Letter of Intent (LOI) followed by mandatory pre-skilling training
- Final Offer Letter is issued only after successful completion of pre-skilling
